About the Role
As a Trading Intern, you will work closely with our teams to learn about different trading strategies, ranging from Market Making in Oil Products to Fundamental Discretionary approaches in Gas & Power. You will rotate on at least 2 desks to explore trading styles that fit your skill set. You will build and maintain applications that assist trading activities, such as creating new Analytics Dashboards or developing and back-testing novel ideas for presentation. You will be mentored by senior and junior traders, with constant exposure to senior leadership, and foster a culture of cross-desk cooperation. This internship is an exciting opportunity to understand how we navigate trading a wide range of commodities markets. Strong intern candidates are considered for full-time roles upon graduation.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and expected to graduate by Summer 2028
- Strong interest in trading and model development
- High level of proficiency with Python and Excel
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work onsite at our New York office 5 days a week
