About the Role

HouseMax Funding is seeking a self-driven Marketing Associate to grow their marketing career in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role requires wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and supporting a growing sales team with a startup mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Write, build, and schedule 30+ email campaigns and sequences in HubSpot monthly.
  • Write and execute SMS/text campaigns.
  • Manage campaign lists, scheduling, segmentation, personalization, and deployment.
  • Assist with email, text, and supplemental campaigns for other departments.
  • Provide ongoing marketing support to Area Vice Presidents.
  • Help develop and execute localized marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate events for Area Vice Presidents.
  • Support prospecting initiatives and sales-driven marketing projects.
  • Own and maintain the HouseMax Funding content calendar.
  • Coordinate and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and DMs.
  • Help identify opportunities for new social content and campaigns.
  • Keep posting schedules organized and ensure content goes live on time.
  • Assist in creating marketing graphics and digital assets in Canva.
  • Own and maintain The Content Factory (podcast) media assets and communication.
  • Help develop creative for Google Ads and other paid campaigns.
  • Assist with additional creative projects and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate reporting for key marketing initiatives (Social media performance, Prospecting gifts, Loyalty gifts, Third-party/vendor KPIs).
  • Help track marketing activity and results to understand performance and identify improvements.
  • Coordinate the prospecting gift program from start to finish.
  • Pack and prepare prospecting boxes for shipment.
  • Audit and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist with loyalty gifts and borrower-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Keep accurate records for tracking results and ROI.
  • Assist with supplemental campaigns and special projects for other departments.
  • Own marketing form request submissions.
  • Be willing to jump into new projects, learn new systems, and help solve problems.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred; strong internships or hands-on marketing experience may also qualify.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficient in Canva.
  • Basic Excel/spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with contact lists, email campaigns, reporting, and personalized communications.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to write emails, text campaigns, social media copy, and other marketing materials.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, markets, and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Self-starter who can take a project, figure out the next steps, and move it forward without constant supervision.
