About the Role

As an Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike, you will be responsible for managing a staff of Event Hosts to ensure client and guest satisfaction for all events. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals with exceptional organizational and people skills to contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Host special events and manage the team of event hosts.
• Oversee the setup of appropriate areas for events.
• Collaborate with Sales staff and Operations team to create seamless event experiences.
• Build personal connections with event contacts and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Promote a guest-focused approach to hosting.
• Ensure completion of all event reporting.
• Utilize guest feedback reports to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Forecast events and schedule event staff using the client database.
• Counsel and discipline staff as required according to HR guidelines and policies.
• Be available to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and event planning/execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
