About the Role
The Senior Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of product strategy, execution, and stakeholder management for two digital products: Curious, a remote research and clinical data platform, and Mirror, an AI-powered journaling app. This role will help shape scalable research and care tools designed to improve mental health outcomes for children, teens, and families. - Partner with engineering and design to deliver solutions that meet defined success criteria, holding accountability for launch and intended business and user outcomes.
- Align engineering, design, research, and leadership around priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes; drive decision-making and remove barriers for efficient execution.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to align engineering, design, and leadership stakeholders on product direction, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Experience with academic research, neuroscience, behavioral health, research tools, or consumer wellness, either as a researcher or through developing products within these areas.
