About the Role

A day shift warehouse position in which employee works in all areas of warehousing specifically receiving loads, replenishing pick line, inventory counting, and loading and unloading of product.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks after training.
• Handle product safely and carefully.
• Ensure proper product rotation and maintain the integrity of the automated Warehouse Management System.
• Receive, store, and ship product according to company and partner standards.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma recommended.
• One to two years related warehousing and forklift experience and/or training recommended.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to add and subtract.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Knowledge of Internet software.
• Must obtain CDLA permit within 3 months of hire.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Understanding of product code dating system.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 165 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
