About the Role
EY's Agile Business Transformation, supported by SAP technology, provides organizations with tools to manage challenges in the digital era. The EY SAP collaborative approach considers both technological and business factors, including strategy, customer value, user experiences, processes, technology, and operational impacts together. In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
- Lead the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness.
- Provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go-live.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
- System configuration experience.
- Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
- 8+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
- Deep functional expertise in Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO).
- At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
- Ability to bridge the gap between functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
- A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
- Prior consulting experience.
- SAP certification(s).
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
- Additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

- $142,600 to $261,500 (US)
- $171,200 to $297,200 (New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California)
