About the Role

The Private Markets Relationship Manager plays a key role in developing strong client relationships. You will contribute to the design and execution of effective relationship management strategies, supporting the go-to-market plan for clients across asset classes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of ambitious sales targets underpinned by a centralized sales and growth plan to help Alter Domus achieve its commercial objectives in the North America market.
  • Create and implement the relationship management plan for your portfolio of clients, actively working on new proposals to build a sales pipeline and increase share of wallet for existing clients.
  • Analyze and track KPIs on profitability across your client portfolio, including bad debt recovery and cash collection.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external business networks, driving personal and business growth through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Provide advice across all Alter Domus products and services to leverage opportunities for increasing share of wallet with existing clients.
  • Participate in new client pitches, collaborating with internal product and other teams to deliver competitive advantage.
  • Monitor and drive client satisfaction by engaging continuously with clients to understand their expectations and working with internal teams to ensure Alter Domus fulfills these expectations.
  • Keep watch on local and international regulatory updates affecting client industries.
  • Actively monitor competitor activities and deliver insight and thought leadership on market trends to anticipate future client needs.
  • Maintain sales pipeline data fit for accurate forecasting and reporting by regularly using standard sales tools, review cadences, and processes.
  • Diligently record all key contract information, interactions, activities, and other commercially relevant details about accounts or opportunities.
  • Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model to embed Alter Domus Values and promote our Employer Value Proposition.
  • Contribute to a strong culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in achieving revenue targets.
