About the Role

As a Senior Manager within the Global Sales and Account Development team, you will play a pivotal role in building capacity, capability, and confidence across Vialto's frontline sellers globally. This role operates across multiple initiatives and projects, working closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and commercial teams to enable sellers to focus on the right opportunities, in the right markets, with the right tools and insights. You will lead efforts to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, and commercial outcomes by embedding data-driven decision making, AI-enabled selling practices, and scalable sales processes across the organization. Working at the intersection of sales, technology, data, and change management, you will help shape how Vialto prioritizes opportunities, develops client relationships, and drives growth globally.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global and regional sales leaders to identify friction points and capacity constraints across the seller journey.
  • Design and deliver enablement initiatives, tools, playbooks, and resources that improve seller effectiveness.
  • Support account development, opportunity shaping, net new business development, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Enhance seller effectiveness in RFP responses, proposal development, and conversion activities.
  • Translate complex information into practical actions and guidance for frontline sellers.
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working through communications, coaching, and embedded enablement solutions.
  • Identify priority markets, sectors, accounts, and opportunities using data-driven analysis.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, conversion metrics, account activity, and win/loss trends to surface actionable insights.
  • Support commercial decision making by helping sellers focus on opportunities with the highest potential impact.
  • Combine analytical rigor with commercial judgment to influence strategy and execution.
  • Lead the evolution of sales reporting, dashboards, and business insights to drive action and accountability.
  • Embed AI and automation into sales workflows, including opportunity prioritization, pipeline analysis, account insights, performance reporting, and seller productivity.
  • Champion AI adoption across the sales organization, helping teams move from experimentation to practical, everyday use.
  • Partner with technology, data, and commercial teams to ensure solutions are effective, trusted, and adopted.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes, reporting, governance, and user experience.
  • Contribute across a portfolio of strategic sales initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across sales, commercial operations, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
  • Balance competing priorities while ensuring delivery remains aligned to business objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively and drive resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement through lessons learned, feedback loops, and optimization activities.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, updates, and insights for senior leaders and Steering Committees.
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and business impact clearly and credibly.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Create compelling communications aligned with Vialto's brand and culture.

Requirements
