About the Role
The Lead Solutions Architect collaborates with user groups to resolve business challenges using available technology, including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. This role addresses problems of diverse scope and complexity, translating organizational needs into technical system solutions by integrating hardware, software, and network interfaces. The architect advises executives on functional strategies and exercises independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
- Self-provided internet service with at least a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested for internet service
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
