About the Role

The Web Imaging Specialist ensures all assigned products have high-quality images that accurately portray product features, meeting B&H's professional standards using Photoshop and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to gather images according to team guidelines and upload them to the B&H Website with accuracy and adherence to style.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, maintaining relationships with manufacturers to obtain images efficiently.
• Prioritize workflow and acquire accurate, optimal images for assigned product SKUs.
• Modify images and resolve image bugs using Photoshop to conform to B&H superior standards.
• Edit and crop images to display products on a clean white background, spotlighting unique features.
• Locate, review, and upload product manuals and videos as per B&H guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by manager, potentially including team lead at meetings, QC team review, or handling high-priority embargoes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience using Photoshop.
• Ability to conduct research and communicate efficiently using email.
• Basic proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new tools and workflows.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Expert knowledge of Photoshop for editing, resizing, sharpening, color correction, and image enhancement.
• Basic knowledge of assigned product categories.
