About the Role
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program is a 16-week initiative designed to build foundational operational and leadership skills. It serves as a launchpad for a long-term career, providing hands-on training and mentorship to prepare individuals for the Operations Lead role and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an unforgettable customer experience through signature service and commitment to excellence.
- Lead daily operations by balancing speed, quality, and teamwork.
- Promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships to grow sales.
- Take on new challenges and use shifts as opportunities to build leadership confidence.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to bring positivity to every interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and maintain high standards.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain curiosity.
- Successful completion of a pre-hire background check.
- Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check if applicable.
