About the Role

As part of our US growth strategy, we require an entrepreneurial and energetic recruitment consultant with proven experience and success in developing and building a recruitment book of business. This is a true '360' opportunity where you will have access to clients across North America, selling solutions and providing services relevant to specific clients and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic business development and client acquisition
  • Developing existing & profitable client relationships in new areas - both local/US based relationships and those arising from our global operations
  • Assisting the Practice Lead and CEO in building a unique proposition to our customers, candidates and clients
  • Developing a plan for building and scaling the Microsoft/Cloud business
  • Developing Talent’s brand across the US
  • Contributing to the success of a successful team of Sales Professionals and Recruitment Consultants
  • Developing clear business priorities and ensuring associated delivery
  • Representing the broader offerings within the global business and identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Working closely with the team - all 'franchise players' with exceptional experience and talent

Salary/Compensations

  • $70,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped, no-threshold commission + quarterly bonus
  • USD 75000 - USD 95000 - yearly
