About the Role
Ripple is seeking a Product Manager to lead its cross-border payment offering, enabling global institutions to bridge stablecoins and fiat instantly. This role involves defining the roadmap for flagship payouts products, leveraging digital assets and blockchain to enhance traditional financial infrastructure. The Product Manager will collaborate with various departments to create customer-first, resilient, and scalable payment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Payouts product.
- Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches.
- Lead the end-to-end payments experience across Ripple payouts, balancing customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and align collaborators across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations.
- Remove blockers and drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Deliver concise, committed communication to ensure alignment and drive outcomes.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry.
- At least 5-10 years in a core product management role.
- A passion for payments and a deep curiosity about digital assets and blockchain.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise language for different audiences.
- Strong technical competence and understanding.
- A knack for establishing relationships and driving alignment across teams with different priorities.
