About the Role

As Brand and Content Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day content pipeline and brand channels for Arbor and the Arbor School Management Suite. You will translate customer insights and internal expertise into compelling stories that build brand trust and drive demand, owning the end-to-end production of content across all owned channels.

Responsibilities

  • Produce draft-to-publish content including blogs, case studies, gated content, white papers, emails, and social posts.
  • Act as an expert writer and editor, translating customer interviews and internal knowledge into authoritative copy.
  • Support flagship content initiatives and establish equivalent campaigns for other suite brands.
  • Repurpose long-form assets into engaging, short-form formats across multiple marketing channels.
  • Partner with Demand Gen on gating strategy, launch sequencing, and nurture campaigns to meet content lead and pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to map product messaging to key buyer personas.
  • Create on-brand visual assets using Canva and AI tools.
  • Own day-to-day web publishing across Arbor suite websites, managing blog posts, landing page updates, and cross-business content requests.
  • Run organic LinkedIn posting and engagement for brands, supporting key internal voices.
  • Execute group SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) workflows, tracking organic visibility and AI-referral growth.
  • Seed content within the Arbor Community platform to deepen user engagement.
  • Protect and champion Arbor brand guidelines, maintaining asset libraries and flagging off-brand work.
  • Support the delivery of print and event collateral, including supplier coordination.
  • Track and report on gated content leads, webinar attendance, asset downloads, web sessions, and AI-driven referrals.
  • Embed AI-assisted workflows into daily routines to compress production timelines and raise output quality.
  • Oversee freelancer and agency support, managing briefs and maintaining quality control.

Requirements

  • B2B Writing & Editing: Strong writer producing clear, engaging long- and short-form content with high editorial standards (SaaS or EdTech experience preferred).
  • Channel Operations: Hands-on experience operating a CMS, managing organic LinkedIn, and applying core SEO/AEO principles.
  • Pipeline-Driven Producer: Proven track record of creating content tied directly to lead generation, gating strategies, and nurture journeys.
  • AI-Native Mindset: Active user of AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to work faster, scale output, and build reusable team workflows.
  • Data-Literate: Comfortable reading sales funnels, content performance metrics, and building reports in HubSpot.
  • Brand Sensitivity: Keen eye for visual detail and strict alignment with brand guidelines, with experience briefing design teams effectively.
  • Organised & Agile: Able to balance multiple concurrent campaigns, channel operations, and ad-hoc business requests.
  • B2B Context: Understanding of complex buying cycles, multi-persona landscapes, and how brand equity drives trust.
  • Tech Stack Experience: Canva, Claude, Gemini, GA4, and HubSpot.
