About the Role
Interpath is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Contentious Insolvency team to lead project management, oversee investigations, handle claims, and perform asset tracing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of contentious insolvency cases, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Analyze complex financial data to uncover issues and develop strategies for resolution.
- Prepare detailed reports, expert witness statements, and correspondence in support of cases.
- Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice and support.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
- Contribute to business development efforts by preparing pitches and participating in client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in contentious insolvency or related financial investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
