About the Role

Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of global events to drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen brand authority. This role requires strong commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, and a focus on measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic development of the event portfolio by researching, evaluating, and prioritizing industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets.
  • Forecast and control budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Design and scale company-owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums, and flagship gatherings.
  • Build scalable playbooks for repeatable success across regions.
  • Serve as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Leadership.
  • Align messaging and coordinate activation strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Establish clear success metrics, including meetings secured, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to refine and optimize strategy.
  • Independently plan and deliver complex global events end-to-end within a team structure, managing timelines, logistics, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute event strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Negotiate and manage event and vendor contracts while maintaining budget control and cost efficiency.
  • Design and implement structured activation plans (pre-event, on-site, post-event) to maximize pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Produce detailed performance reporting and post-event analysis to continuously optimize strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Global B2B event planning and execution within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology environments.
  • Revenue marketing strategy, including pipeline generation, acceleration, and attribution modeling.
  • Event operations management, including logistics planning, vendor oversight, and risk mitigation.
  • Commercial contract negotiation, budget forecasting, and financial management for multi-region initiatives.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management within complex, matrixed organizations.
