About the Role

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join their team in Berlin, CT. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, packing, or material-handling experience. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, loading, and preparing materials for shipment.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload materials and products
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Accurately complete warehouse paperwork and documentation
Assist with inventory counts and material organization
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
