About the Role

The bartender prepares all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for bar service and members. Engages with members' needs and preferences to make recommendations and provide a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years bartending experience.
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programming, and peak times.
• Passion for food & beverage operations.
• Ability to build tasteful and respectful relationships with members.
• Professional, tactful & well-versed in conflict resolution.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell.
• Frequently required to walk.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
