About the Role

This role is on the build side of pre-sales at Fifth Dimension, where you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the technical substance behind every enterprise deal. You will start by making demos happen and progress to running them, working directly with AEs and CTOs from the outset.

Responsibilities

• Build prospect-specific demo environments by loading documents and configuring the workspace.
• Test demo environments end-to-end before senior review.
• Own the demo library and associated runbooks for efficient demo rebuilding.
• Draft responses to security questionnaires and RFP/RFI requests using an existing answer library.
• Escalate genuinely new questions from questionnaires to the engineering team.
• Run the product in live demos and conduct discovery calls and demos as experience is gained.
• Build proof-of-value scripts and accuracy comparisons using prospect documents.
• Maintain battle cards, competitive notes, and the answer library.
• Hand off won deals to the implementation team with clear requirements.
• Log prospect requests and communicate them to Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to US prospect sites.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly.

• One to three years in a technical role adjacent to customers (e.g., pre-sales, solutions engineering, implementation, support engineering, data analysis, or technical internship).
• Comfort working with data, including writing SQL, reading and modifying Python, and using spreadsheets.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals clearly and without jargon.
• A strong sense of ownership and commitment to finishing tasks.
• Curiosity about AI systems, including experience with LLMs and understanding of RAG.
• Ability to write clearly under time pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment.

Salary/Compensations

• $95,000 to $130,000 base + variable (up to $155,000 OTE)
