About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Job Coach (m/f/d) with at least one year of coaching experience, who enjoys supporting young people. The 'Fit durch Orientierung' (FidO) program assists adolescents facing particular personal or social challenges. Through group activities and individual counseling, we provide comprehensive support to help them organize their life situations, develop individual goals, and build a motivating professional perspective. If interested and qualified, there is also the possibility to take on coordination tasks within the project.

Responsibilities

Individual job and placement coaching in one-on-one and small group settings
Supporting participants with their self-initiated efforts, applications, and job searches
Creating, updating, and optimizing application documents
Preparing for and accompanying participants to job interviews and selection processes
Actively acquiring job, apprenticeship, and internship/trial positions
Building and maintaining relationships with regional employers and companies
Organizing, accompanying, and following up on company trial periods
Assisting with the use of the Federal Employment Agency portal and 'Jobcenter digital'
Stabilizing employment placements through post-placement support
Collaborating with social work professionals and the Jobcenter
Documenting coaching and placement activities according to client specifications

Requirements

Recognized vocational or university degree
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Job Coach with the target group
Experience in application coaching and creating application documents
