  • Own the event strategy, including webinars, CFO Clubs, executive dinners, and workshops, in coordination with Marketing and Sales.

  • Connect the community to the sales pipeline by designing nurture programs and establishing clear lead hand-offs to Sales.
  • Build attribution models to track community impact on utilizations and revenue.
  • Gather and share member insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging.
  • Measure and report on community health metrics and commercial impact, including leads, SQLs, utilizations, and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B community building with clear commercial intent, demonstrated by measurable impact on membership, engagement, or pipeline.
  • Strong background in content-led growth and event operations, including webinar production and in-person events.
  • Hands-on experience administering and moderating community platforms like Discord or Slack.
  • Working knowledge of CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and attribution.
  • Deep familiarity with or affinity for the tech and finance leader persona (CFO, Finance Ops, founders).
