Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, practicing effective and courteous communication.
• Work the front desk.
• Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
• Prepare charts, ensuring appropriate forms are used.
• Collect patient payments due at the time of service and verify insurance information.
• Exercise good judgment and take initiative.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Degree; Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and reading skills.
• Basic familiarity with computers and office devices.
• Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Suite.
• Interest in the field of reproductive medicine is a must.
• Medical office experience is a plus.
