About the Role

The Territory Merchandiser is responsible for maximizing product appeal and sales by appropriately displaying products in their designated spaces and identifying additional off-shelf placements. The role significantly influences the overall appearance of company products through effective coordination with sales teams, brand representatives, and store managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate and shopable stock levels.
• Keep shelves organized and to planogram (POG).
• Set up displays and promotional materials.
• Coordinate lift/cleans and resets.
• Maintain an organized and clean backstock area to prevent breakage, allow for proper inventory management, and facilitate quick deliveries.
• Repair damaged products.
• Organize damaged products for return.
• Consolidate cases.
• Deliver emergency orders.
• Train new hires.

Requirements

• Must have a valid NJ driver's license.
• Ability to move cases of beverages weighing 20+ lbs.
• Physically able to perform repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting.
