About the Role
As part of the Account Management Team at Lieferando, you will be the proactive, customer-oriented voice for our partner restaurants, acting as the crucial link between the company and the gastronomy sector. You will focus on onboarding new clients, providing excellent service to existing ones, and collaborating with your team to continuously enhance our service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact partner restaurants to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide expert support to help restaurants succeed on Lieferando.de.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new restaurants, ensuring a successful onboarding experience.
- Coordinate and organize administrative tasks for the Account Management Team.
- Act as an internal liaison with other departments, resolving issues and developing new projects with creative ideas.
- Optimize restaurant performance on Just Eat Takeaway.com.
- Collaborate with colleagues to elevate the portfolio and service level.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or up/cross-selling.
- Proactive approach to seeking new opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and commercial instinct.
- Structured and organized work style.
- Ability to solve complex problems and maintain composure under stress.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Tools (Gmail, Gdrive, etc.).
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
