About the Role
U-Haul is seeking skilled technicians to maintain its fleet of Ford and GMC trucks. This role offers opportunities for career growth, training, and hands-on experience with the latest equipment.
Responsibilities
- Secure trucks on lifts and ramps.
- Perform tire and brake maintenance.
- Mount, dismount, and balance tires.
- Occasionally road test vehicles.
- Work in a production line.
- Use a proprietary electronic pre-inspection checklist.
- Lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following supervisor directives.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- 1-2 years of repair experience preferred.
- Driver's license.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Basic computer skills.
- Regular attendance.
