About the Role
As a Test Support Operations Associate, you will help run the day-to-day operations behind Casper, a test designed to understand the human skills that matter in professions like medicine and nursing. You will prepare for upcoming tests, ensure everything is ready, monitor testing, investigate issues, and ensure successful completion. The role offers opportunities to learn and support new assessment experiences as Acuity develops them, and to contribute ideas for improving operational processes.

- Professional fluency in English and French.
- Based anywhere in Canada.

Salary/Compensations
- $60,000–$70,000 CAD
