About the Role
Help unlock the full potential of the cannabis plant and its ingredients, making them accessible to people. As a Process Automation Manager, you will be responsible for the processes that drive our growth across all business areas, with a focus on the Customer & Patient Journey. You will analyze bottlenecks, design automations, and connect systems to ensure tasks run smoothly, contributing significantly to the efficient scaling of our group with multiple entities without increasing manual work with each growth step.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing company-wide processes, identify bottlenecks, and define clear requirements and success criteria.
- Elevate manual, recurring tasks through standardization, clear rules, and automation.
- Strategically implement AI where it provides genuine added value.
- Develop and implement automation solutions across the entire Sanity Group, with a special focus on the Customer & Patient Journey (e.g., data transfers, task routing, enrichment, documentation, or notifications).
- Connect systems hands-on using APIs and Webhooks, including Microsoft Power Automate, Alumio, Salesforce, Business Central, Power BI, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
- Drive efficient growth by understanding how a multi-entity scale-up functions and designing processes that directly impact revenue and customer experience.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for projects, from ideation through testing, rollout, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Create concise documentation and ensure workflows are effectively utilized and understood by teams.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, computer science, natural sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, understanding the core principles.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving, delving into complex issues until a clean solution is found.
- Solid technical understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and structured data.
- Strong process thinking to identify automatable and standardizable steps.
- Understanding of LLMs and their practical application (prompting, quality control, reliability/context).
- Ability to navigate and efficiently operate within a complex system landscape including CRM, ERP, BI, shop, and marketing tools.
