About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to support and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to manage recruiting activities across multiple open positions.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and maintaining engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers to gather interview feedback, assess candidate suitability, and support hiring decisions.
- Prepare and extend employment offers, supporting offer negotiations and successful candidate acceptance.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity, to drive data-informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
- Support and enhance the organization's internship program, helping to build a sustainable pipeline of emerging talent.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience supporting full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), or related industries is preferred.
