About the Role

Crafty’s Site Merchandisers are responsible for the daily execution of product merchandising, inventory management, order replacement, and equipment management for multiple client-site experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on organization and enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Own client office kitchens and pantries, ensuring they are highly organized.
• Conduct expiration checks and product rotations.
• Engage with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines (e.g., coffee, kegerators).
• Conduct quality control checks and complete task lists, including inventory and budget management.
• Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to management.
• Accurately complete pre/post route paperwork.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
• Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed.
