About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews and feedback.
- Extend offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.
- Create and manage engaging job postings across multiple recruiting sites.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and other social media channels to attract candidates.
- Assist with developing creative recruitment campaigns, referral initiatives, and talent attraction strategies.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and college recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system and internal databases.
- Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and pipeline progress.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions.
- Mental and visual attention required for data analysis, computer use, and reading.
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
- Occasional weekend and evening hours are required.
