About the Role
In this role, you will support the executive board with strategic, organizational, and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and professional preparation of decision-making processes. You will act as a central interface between the board, internal departments, and external bodies, facilitating smooth information flow, coordinating complex processes, and maintaining an overview of diverse topics. Your organizational talent, structured approach, and discretion will form the foundation for successful board and committee work.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of projects and committee meetings.
- Create decision memos, presentations, and minutes, coordinate approval processes, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of documents.
- Ensure compliance with shareholder requirements and coordinate contributions for external bodies.
- Participate in the development and coordination of project concepts and mandates, manage project-related processes, and support strategy and project steering committees.
- Provide organizational support to the executive board, including appointment and travel coordination, meeting and event preparation, correspondence, and guest support.
- Maintain contact data and ensure all relevant documents for internal and external appointments are complete and professionally prepared.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in business, administration, or social sciences, or equivalent qualification/knowledge and experience.
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant, specialist, or coordination role, preferably in a management, board, or senior management environment.
- Initial experience in project management and digital process development, with the ability to quickly learn new topics and tools.
- Ideally, experience in building or further developing organizational and management structures.
- Comfortable interacting at various hierarchical levels and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in engaging with politics, associations, or public institutions is advantageous.
