Ensure sanitation routine and cleaning schedules are completed daily in a manufacturing & warehouse environment.

Adhere to the cleaning schedule for assigned areas throughout the bakery.
Perform general cleaning of all dirties in the dish room using a combination of machine and/or 3 bay sinks.
Ensure different areas of the plant are cleaned by mopping, sweeping, wiping, etc.
Assist production staff with breaking down of lines and cleaning up projects as needed.
Perform exterior cleaning of machinery as scheduled.
Complete assigned deep cleaning tasks to ensure the plant is audit ready.
Perform tasks including scrubbing and sanitizing walls, floors, baseboards, staircases, ovens, tables, sinks, drains, trash cans, electric cord reels, etc.
Regularly empty garbage bins following the timeline.
Follow all sanitation procedures as outlined by the manager.
Clean restrooms, common areas, and office areas.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance.
Perform job functions in hot and/or cold environments.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Required to squat, reach, bend, pull, push, or be otherwise physically engaged during the shift.
Mechanical aptitude (job training provided).
Multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
Work independently following the daily routine & task list.
Ability to read English and legibly complete all required paperwork.
