About the Role

Apple Air is seeking skilled and motivated Residential Service Plumbers to join their growing team. This role offers stability, a supportive environment, and opportunities for career growth and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing installations, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water filtration systems.
• Identify plumbing malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems function efficiently and meet safety standards.
• Respond to service calls, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs to restore plumbing functionality.
• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping.
• Address client concerns, explain system operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, job progress reports, and materials used.
• Maintain communication with the dispatcher and other departments to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion.
• Exhibit flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed while managing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to all company policies and industry safety regulations.
• Handle equipment and lift at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in plumbing installation and repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
