About the Role
We're looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead the operational delivery of digital campaigns across our portfolio of attractions. This is a hands-on role for an experienced eCommerce professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning campaign strategies into seamless digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for millions of guests while contributing to the growth of a global entertainment brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign execution across web and app platforms.
- Build and optimize landing pages.
- Oversee onsite merchandising.
- Ensure every digital campaign launches on time and to the highest standard.
- Use data and insights to drive performance, improve conversion, and deliver exceptional customer journeys.
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce, digital trading, or online merchandising within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), customer journey optimisation, and digital trading principles.
- Experience building and managing web content, landing pages, and onsite merchandising activities.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large data sets and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with web analytics platforms, A/B testing, and test-and-learn methodologies.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with the Accesso platform is highly desirable.
- Experience within the leisure, travel, entertainment, or hospitality sectors would be advantageous.
