About the Role

As an Associate in the Investment Banking Program, you will support clients through strategic transactions and capital raising. You will contribute directly to live projects, build relationships with clients and senior bankers, and support work that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Building valuation models and supporting transaction execution
  • Leading workstreams and driving completion of key deliverables
  • Conducting company and industry research to inform client advice and transaction strategy
  • Preparing and reviewing client materials and pitch presentations
  • Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions
  • Coordinating with senior bankers, analysts, and partners across sectors and geographies
  • Supporting the development of junior team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years of investment banking program experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, military service, training, or education
  • MBA with an expected graduation date of December 2026 to June 2027
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently and in teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills
  • Track record of leadership or involvement in professional or academic initiatives
  • FINRA registration for SIE, Series 63 (or 66), and Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire if not already held. Recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • FINRA background screening requirements must be met.
  • Must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
  • Must meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
