About the Role
This role supports the creation, accuracy, and distribution of sales and marketing materials for DK's books, ensuring they reach global sales teams and booksellers effectively. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality assets and play a crucial part in the success of sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the creation, accuracy, and distribution of sales materials for UK and International Sales teams, bookfairs, and retailer presentations.
- Supporting the Sales Material Coordinator in managing international bookfairs.
- Assisting in producing POS materials, catalogues, digital assets, and newsletters.
- Coordinating order forms, licensing approvals, design briefings, and PO invoicing.
Requirements
- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A strong interest in the book publishing industry.
- Eagerness to learn about international rights, Export, and UK sales models.
- An eye for design with a desire to develop skills in amending marketing assets.
- A precision-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to managing varied workloads, meeting deadlines, and responding collaboratively as priorities evolve.
