About the Role
Our Tax Transformation Office (Tax Forward) team is looking for a Co-op Student or Intern to join us for a 4 or 8-month work term starting in January 2027. This is a net new role.
Responsibilities
- Support Transformation Relationship Managers (TRMs) in their day-to-day engagement with Tax teams
- Assist with gathering, organizing, and summarizing business inputs, challenges, and opportunities
- Assist in the documentation of workflows, processes, and improvement opportunities across a range of initiatives
- Support with translating business needs into clear problem statements and transformation ideas
- Assist in preparing materials including presentations, summaries, trackers, and meeting documentation
- Support with research and analysis related to transformation initiatives, pilots, and roadmap planning
- Support with identifying themes and insights from stakeholder discussions, workshops, and feedback sessions
- Assist with maintaining transformation artifacts such as intake logs, trackers, and initiative inventories
- Support innovation initiatives through research, testing, and gathering feedback
- Assist with coordination activities including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps across multiple initiatives
- Support change and adoption activities including communications and rollout materials

- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
