About the Role
This role is for a Co-op Student or Intern to join the Valuations & Modelling team in the Toronto office from January to April 2027. The position is net new and involves assisting with financial models, valuation reports, client presentations, and market research.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial models used for valuation.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed valuation reports and presentations to management.
- Participate in discussions and meetings with management of the companies involved.
- Analyze company and industry-specific strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to determine cash flow risks.
- Research third-party databases for market, industry, or comparable company and transaction multiples and other valuation data.
- Manage multiple engagements to ensure successful and timely completion of client deliverables.
