About the Role

As an International Tax Services Manager, you will advise clients on global tax structuring, analyze international tax laws, and develop strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. You will leverage your business knowledge to identify opportunities, lead with integrity, and embrace technology. This role involves coaching and developing your team, taking ownership of projects, mentoring junior staff, and analyzing complex systems to deliver value and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency for multinational businesses
  • Structuring global tax positions to minimize risks and enhance compliance with international standards
  • Leading teams in the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of tax projects
  • Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in delivering client expectations
  • Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team members to do the same
  • Reviewing work to deepen the skills of team members and enhance project outcomes
  • Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance
  • Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and client service
  • Engaging in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities for tax planning and compliance

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
