We are seeking an energetic, hard-working, and dedicated individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Supervisor.

Coordinates work activities among departments.
Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Increases revenue and controls labor and other costs.
Attends and participates in weekly departmental staff meetings.
Establishes standards for personnel performance and guest service.
Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
Processes daily reports of housekeeping locations.
Performs other duties as requested by management.
Inspects all vacant rooms.
Reports any damages or maintenance work to the housekeeping Manager on a timely basis.
Oversees Housekeeping and Laundry staff to ensure cleanliness and timeliness of cleaning guest rooms.
Updates room status to the manager periodically throughout the day.
Picks up lost and found items in rooms and gives them to the Housekeeping Office to be logged in Opera.
Performs Housekeeping or Laundry duties as needed.
Resolves guest concerns quickly, professionally, and effectively.

Up to 6 months of experience in a Housekeeping department or related field.
Exceptional work ethic, attendance, and attention to detail.
Must have the ability to repeatedly bend/stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push/pull and reach above shoulder level.
Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.
