Responsibilities

• Preparation of certain food items
• Greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner
• Maintaining quality standards of prepared food and beverage items
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Accurate cash handling for positions involving cash control
• Delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and other guest-accessible service areas
• Maintaining cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas
• Following brand standards, company rules, and policies
• Delivering a quality guest experience
• Delivering products that meet brand standards and recipes
• Maintaining stations in a clean and orderly manner
• Assisting other crew members as needed

Requirements

• Must meet age requirements
• Age 18 or older

Skills

• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and packaging
• Familiarity with procedures for making food and beverage products
• Cash handling
