About the Role

We are seeking a Content Creator to join our Creative team in Berlin. This role is initially limited to 18 months. You will develop social-first ideas and concepts, produce content end-to-end, and manage social media channels, including community management and editorial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop social-first ideas and concepts that fit the platform, community, and culture.
• Produce content end-to-end, from initial idea through shooting and editing to the final content.
• Understand internet culture, communities, and trends, knowing what is currently relevant and what might come next.
• Work on diverse projects for exciting clients, ranging from quick social content to larger campaigns and shoots.
• Manage social media channels with the team (primarily Instagram and TikTok), covering community management and editorial planning.
• Work hands-on, experiment with new ideas, and have the creative freedom to implement them.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency, social media, or content creation environment.
• Deep understanding and passion for social media, internet culture, and pop culture, with active engagement on relevant platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute strong social-first ideas based on insights or trends.
• Proficiency in filming and editing, with a keen eye for what constitutes good video content on social media.
• Curious, quick-thinking, hands-on, and independent.
• Very good German and English language skills.
