About the Role
Two Drops is a beautiful riverside bar overlooking Battersea Power Station, offering a relaxed setting for enjoying good food, great drinks, and excellent company. Our drinks menu features a rotational IPA, permanent taps like Neck Oil IPA, Guinness, Estrella Galicia, seasonal cocktails, and wines from small-scale producers. The food menu includes unique cheese toasties with various fillings.
Responsibilities
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Exceeding guests’ expectations at all time
- Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Experience working in a quality bar serving and preparing a great range of drinks
- Confident and warm communication with team and guests
- Good knowledge of our drink’s menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Positive and welcoming personality
- Strong command of English language
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
