About the Role

The HR Coordinator supports the entire organization by providing comprehensive human resources and administrative services. This position is responsible for managing key HR processes, including recruitment and selection, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, training and development, policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Management of IMSS, Payroll Tax, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT processes.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace climate initiatives.
  • Manage labor relations and compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law.
  • Draft and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Support compensation and organizational development activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees and business leaders.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare local and global HR reports.
  • Coordinate internal communications and company events.
  • Support administrative activities that ensure business continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within multinational companies
  • Strong and proven technical Admin, Payroll & benefits skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
