About the Role
This role involves improving data quality, conducting online research, and encrypting data to expand the address database. You will also be responsible for data entry and maintenance of political contacts, as well as creating and verifying event data for analysis and reporting. Additionally, you will act as a liaison to relevant departments, organize and support member acquisition processes, and handle administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in improving the quality of our database
- Conduct online research and be responsible for data encryption to expand the address database
- Take over data entry and maintenance of the political contacts of the Wirtschaftsrat
- Create and control event data for the preparation of evaluations and reports
- Act as an interface to the respective specialist departments, organize and accompany the processes in member acquisition including administrative activities
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Data Management / Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or a comparable field
- Very good Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
- Practical experience in data maintenance or in handling data management/CRM systems (Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is mandatory, experience with Palturei is an advantage)
- Structured and careful working style
- Ability to quickly grasp contexts and take responsibility for your areas
- Open, friendly, and professional demeanor in the team
- Ability to win over business partners, customers, and colleagues with charm
- Good to very good written and spoken German and English skills
