About the Role
As an Intern FSI Technology Strategy, you will support clients in implementing their strategy with innovative technologies. Our team designs and manages digital transformation programs that make companies permanently more agile. Secure our shared success and make a difference with us.
Responsibilities
- Support in developing technology, digital & IT strategies in the FSI environment and deriving necessary recommendations for action for banks and financial services organizations.
- Support in planning, implementing, and communicating organizational IT transformations as well as change and communication measures.
- Take over and responsibility for initial project management tasks in interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including monitoring and evaluating new technologies, performing market and competitor analyses, identifying external cooperation partners, and scouting start-ups.
Requirements
- Above-average academic performance in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, natural sciences/mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant internships in the aforementioned areas of responsibility and in management consulting are desirable.
- Technology affinity and enjoyment in solving complex issues in the context of digital transformation.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
- Secure German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Enjoy working in a team, proactive working style, and high commitment.
