About the Role
The International Analyst Programme is a 10-month career launch into Executive Search, providing dedicated mentorship and developing business skills in research, communication, critical thinking, project & client management, and team collaboration. Analysts will target 5-7 concurrent searches by the final rotation, with the goal of preparing them for an Associate role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential candidate archetypes and build target company lists.
- Drive candidate outreach and generate a healthy pipeline for searches.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle and ensure data accuracy in the CRM.
- Attend client update calls to report on search progress.
- Shadow search teams on calls and meetings to learn quickly.
- Perform post-kickoff deliverables, research, outreach, candidate assessments, and agendas.
- Conduct complex research, manage search pivots, and develop pitching and phone skills.
- Own the full candidate lifecycle.
- Build business acumen, technical baseline competencies, and professional norms.
- Gain fluency in True’s approach to Search.
Requirements
- Recent graduate, or graduating within the next 12 months.
- Long-term career interest in executive search.
- Ability to switch from one task to another seamlessly with energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work well within a team and build strong internal relationships.
- Ability to ask inquisitive and insightful questions.
- Strive to collect data and update systems accordingly, while leveraging data to tell a story.
