About the Role
This role is responsible for the management and delivery of all Sound and Video operations for the stage, and line managing the Broadcast (Engineering Support) staff for external broadcasts of our productions, ensuring safe and effective delivery within agreed resources and budgets.

Requirements
- Thorough understanding of current sound and video equipment and systems.
- Lively interest in new product developments.
- Experience of sound and video in a performance environment, preferably a large producing theatre or organization.
- Demonstrable understanding of H&S requirements.
- Experience of risk management and documentation.
- Proven experience of managing teams and projects with consistent high production standards.
- Positive leadership style, leading by example with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage conflict and seek resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to build good relations with artistic teams.
