About the Role

As a working student in Talent Acquisition, you will take on real responsibility in identifying and approaching executives and accompany candidates throughout the entire recruiting process. You will support our Executive Recruiting for Germany, Poland, and global positions, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure that every candidate has a first-class experience. In doing so, you will learn the complete value chain of demanding personnel recruitment in an internationally growing company.

Responsibilities

Research and identify executives via LinkedIn, Boolean Search, internal tools, and creative outreach strategies, building strong pipelines across functions and markets.
Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to shortlist, coordinating outreach, follow-ups, and updates, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
Receive step-by-step training in initial candidate screenings and contribute to evaluation in the selection process, including insights into interviews and assessment frameworks.
Monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitor organizational structures to create strategic talent maps.
Maintain current pipeline reports and share relevant insights with hiring teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2-3 semesters remaining.
First experience in recruiting, HR, or demanding customer contact; interest in Executive Search and strategic HR is a plus.
Clear and empathetic communication in very good German (C1) and fluent English, asking thoughtful questions, and enjoying approaching people.
Structured and reliable work approach, keeping processes moving and monitoring pipelines and progress.
Proficient in sourcing platforms, ATS systems, and spreadsheets, handling sensitive information discreetly and confidentially.
