About the Role

The Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) works independently in a traveling field role, providing professional customer service to meet or exceed company standards. This role involves performing in-home measure appointments, building customer relationships, supporting sales, and coordinating installations. The focus is on delivering a positive customer experience through accurate measurements, calculations, and quote presentations, while achieving customer service, measure accuracy, and sales productivity goals.

Responsibilities

Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments efficiently and accurately.
Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete assigned work activities.
Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule.
Ask customers open-ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs.
Describe features and benefits of merchandise and steps involved in completing projects.
Demonstrate product and services knowledge in answering customer questions.
Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Reliable Transportation.
Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
